There is no such thing as a "Teacup" Chihuahua, puppy or otherwise. This is a gimick to sell puppies and dogs. They are either to Kennel Club standard or not. Chihuahuas (to the standard) should weigh between 2-6lbs when fully grown, this is classed as standard.
